As the Principal of Salem Lutheran School in Affton, I have observed the commitment of our faculty and staff to forming relationships with families and serving the individual needs of children. We strive to create an atmosphere of excellence, so that children can develop their God-given abilities to their fullest potential. The school climate is one that encourages students to develop a servant leader’s heart.
Central to the quality Christ-centered education children receive is our wonderfully devoted faculty. Our low student-to-teacher ratios allow teachers to meet individual needs better. All of our teachers hold teaching degrees and average more than 12 years of teaching experience. They are strong Christian role models and demonstrate an active faith life by being involved in many areas of ministry at Salem Lutheran Church.
